Currie Rumor....

Heard a rumor from a source in the ticket office that Currie is trying to hire a big time basketball or football coach in the near future and has been trying to paint Frank in a bad light.

Word is the "Dillard's fiasco" shouldn't have been a big deal since the athletic department has a contract with Dillard's and the players didn't know it was wrong when they got extra clothes.  In a sense Currie trying to put Frank in a bad light...can't control his players, etc...  (Again, this is a rumor)

This would kind of explain the rumor that Frank has been looking at other coaching positions for a while.  Although none of this makes sense to me.  Frank and the basketball program are the only good things going for the Cats right now.  Why would Currie want to take a chance on ruining that??  But then again that would also explain the rumor that they do not get along.

This. As long as Frank is doing well - d00d aint going anywhere (unless he chooses to do so). As long as OBz is doing mediocre, the 'tux will remain in love with his old sack and he will stay put.
