Filing a claim for some minor hail damage on my car... worth the trouble?

Go get an estimate and see if it will be worth it.

Now I'm not advocating insurance fraud or anything but I've been told that some shops may work with you on that deductable.  Definitely worth an estimate.

I have been told that you can pop out hail damage by putting your car out in the heat/sun on a hot summer day, then putting dry ice on it. 

Then, go to Vegas.
