Jacob Pullen is to Frank Martin as Acie Law was to Billy Gillispie.  Now that Pullen's gone, Frank's "coaching ability" will be exposed for what it really is.  This could actually be a blessing in disguise for K-State.

This is Havs' angle too. Could be true, but I'll take my chances with Frank any day

Jake wasn't always "Jake".  "Jake" was only an All-American for two years of his four year career.

Frank has taken almost four completely different looking teams and finished in the top four of the Big 12 every single year, won over 20 games every year, and been to the NCAA tournament three times (winning at least one game each time).  The guy can coach.  I don't know why people seem to think otherwise.

He's no oscar Pearl.  Oh, and congrats on going from preseason top three to a double digit loss, fringe top 25 team who got bounced in the 2nd round.  Really impressive.  I hope you guys keep Frank around for a long time.

Congrats on being the most disappointing 1 seeded team repeatedly.

Heh. Funny how this has changed over time, originally Frank was going to fail after Beasley/Walker left.

I could have sworn that KU won a national title as a one seed like three years ago.

Didn't K-State go to the NIT after those two left?

15 year olds were 12 then, BFD.  They were 13 when KSU went to the E8, loser.

Your entire fanbase will want Frank fired after he gets exposed next year.  The only reason you guys weren't NIT-bound this season was because of Jake Pullen.

Everyone would want Self gone if he...

1. Hadn't cheated to win the national title
2. Memphis hadn't had the greatest joke job in a title game ever. Self is a terrible coach.

Love how Ben's pathetic ass has been Casper since KU's latest choke job but decideds to magically return today.   It's tragic just how much KSU's well being concerns him.  I also love how he predicts that Frank will be exposed next year.  With Ben's track record, Frank will likely be a COY candidate and lead us deep into the tornament.  "You've been warned!"

Pipe dream to think that Townsend will bring the porn star with him.  She is tied to the school and not the coach.

But I voted for him anyway.

interesting commentary, Ira.  thanks for your participation!  i also think Townsend could easily pickup where Frank left off.  especially at places like the 3 finger saloon.   :crossfingers:

Yes, you are incorrect.  Pullen was in Huggins' second and final recruiting class at K-State, along with Beasley and Walker.  Anything else?
