Nice to know Embiid has his family looking out for him while KU coaches and fans treat him like crap.

Seff said he was 100% optimistic about Jo playing again.

Okay, can someone define "100% optimistic"?

It actually means that Bill believes the glass is PRECISELY half full.  Like, not a tiny bit on the half line, but right rough ridin' exactly on it.

Saw a KU fan on twitter reaching out to Greg Hall about the Snyder/Klein vs Self/Embiid thing. Trashing KK and saying that had heard from BGL herself (via email, of course) that the doctor from yesterday had crossed the line and would lose her job because of KK.

Here's where it gets interesting.

I clicked his profile pic and it was his son making a play in a hs football game from 5 years ago. This kid played on my team and is very close friends with KK's son. The two families are very close, yet this guy is losing his mind via twitter about IRL friend KK.

Really, so the president of kansas university aka lilbroku is discussing employee issues with the public via email?

Also, if what you say about the guy in question and his friendship with KK is correct, that's, well, sad.

Man, just imagine if Jack had stumbled over his words again and said that Embiid's khayhawk career was likely over

I think its only right and completely EMAW for Sprads to give a public apology for crossing JoJo over on Big Monday and causing that strain to become a fracture.

I mean, we're good people and it's only right.

So what you're saying Pete that the phrase "100% optimistic" is actually a very precise term.  Thanks for the clarity.

KK has done a fantastic job driving the KU AD mad.  Just the complete reversals that BiTB has forced them to make show he is dominating this story.

They've had decades of fawning media in KC, any question of their school or sports teams causes a complete meltdown.  They had 4 or 5 athletic department employees get sent off to Federal Prison and the kc media did a level of investigation on it akin to a mild paper cut.

Like I said in another thread, Seff was on with Mike Lupica on ESPN last Sunday morning and the way he tap danced around the Jo situation would have left Michael Flatley in awe.

The timing of this whole thing could not be more perfect.  This is the one month out of the whole year that the squawks base their entire existence on and BITB has the entire fan base ready to implode.  It's like canceling Christmas.
