Denver also has a coaching vacancy right now. The regular season ends in 2 weeks, so not that far away.

Shaka can recruit, I think it might be his best asset. He single handily is going raise the talent level in the big 12. Texas landing the elite kids just means more second tier kid for other Big 12 schools. Alvin is going to have to earn his keep.
