If K-State had this Draw:

Boston U, Illinois, Richmond, then VCU/Florida State how fast are we running to Houston?

congrats ku on having the single easiest road to the Final Four that anyone has ever had  :flush:

16 (earned), 9 (earned), 12, 10/11.  Wow.  You've got to believe that ND will make a run at FSU in the 2nd half.  ND hanging around is the only way KU doesn't have a final-4 dropped into their laps.  Amazing luck.  Then again, VCU destroyed Purdue.  maybe they could hang with KU (?).  Doubtful.

I hope they can win it all. Having their god awful football team tethered to us nearly killed us during conference armageddon. Winning the NC in basketball may make up for a tenth of that awfulness if we have to go through realignment again.

It's not like they aren't already a top-5 bball program by anybody's measure.  Don't be silly.  Basketball obviously has no relevance whatsoever when it comes to conference realignment.

Notre Dame would get raped by KU inside. They would have to hit a million threes. Richmond has a better chance if Harper and Geriot can do anything defensively inside and Richmond hits from 3. Otherwise, KU has an extremely easy road to the Final Four.

I get that but I'm still not sure what you mean in the second part of your post.  Butler this year isn't better than our team last year....and I'm still not sure why you're laughing at anything we've said/done the last two years.

Butler last year was better than us....yes. They were on a 20+ game win streak and ranked top 15 and then lost to Dook by 2 in the 'ship IIRC. No shame in losing to them. Ukans on the other hand will play the Kansas School for the Deaf in the sweet 16, and then a community college in the E8. Easiest draw of all time.
