Little Grill.  No televisions in the place, but the red beans and rice are amazing.  I also recommend the blackened catfish.
Is that Manhattan?  My God, it's beautiful!

daris hint to not look like a local townie square #12- call them rice and peas. it's the correct way to do it. it's not red beans and rice. it's not.
