I am awful at pricing games, but I would dominate the $100,000 pyramid if they still had it. I'm also great at Family Feud. And Scrabble. And ...
If I was the first to spin the wheel, I would try to get just one complete spin for a dollar. Seems much better than spinning it as hard as you can. You would at least have some sort of feel for how hard to spin it and surely have a better than 1/20 chance to get $1.00. Plus you would get to spin again if it didn't go all the way around. It's a strategy that would take me straight to the top I think.

But the thing is, they place the wheel on the bottom green spot so that if it didn't go all the way around they wouldn't win anything anyway. So what's the point of saying, if it doesn't go all the way around it doesn't count? It's unnecessary. Does this bother anyone else? That would be like saying on the putting game "make sure it gets all the way to the hole or it doesn't count". Well if it didn't get all the way there you wouldn't win anyway so why does it matter that it wouldn't count. So frustrating.
