My guess is that the loss will drop Kansas State from a #6 seed to at least a #7 and possibly as low as a #8.

Manley is nuts on that call. At least I hope he is. To drop from a 5 to an 8 b/c of a loss to a bubble team in your conf tourney is absurd.
