Mizzou - K-State PROUD day
« on: February 19, 2010, 08:01:42 AM »
Also headband day:

Quote
In addition, the week of Feb. 22-27 has also been designated as "I Love College Hoops... Beat Cancer" Week.  All fans attending the Missouri game are encouraged to wear a headband to show their support for the fight against cancer and Coaches vs. Cancer.  The first 100 students will receive the official "I Love College Hoops" headband courtesy of the Collegiate Licensing Company and the National Association of Basketball Coaches.

Good thing I went to FamilyReunionPak and received Pete's door prizes including purple headband.

Gonna remind me of the Hoskins-Walker year.
I once blew clove smoke in a guy's face that cut in front of me in the line to KJ's.

Gonna remind me of the Hoskins-Walker year.

This. Our whole team wore headbands that year.  I kinda miss them.

Off topic, does anyone else wonder how Chism's (Tenn) headband stays on?

Magic as far as I can tell, similar to Adebisi from the show OZ.

I can't begin to say how excited I am about this. Never understood why we went away from headbands.  :blindfold: (<--but a headband).

"K-State Proud" cannot even compare to how proud Paul Rhoads is to be the Iowa State football coach!

they should just donate the money to cancer research rather than blowing it on 100 lame ass headbands that aren't going to bring any awareness to breast cancer.

Seriously. Breast Cancer awareness events must be organized by people that read about Hitler and think "Oh, my god! Somebody should stop him!" :familyguyreference:
