Doc is a great coach, but I think his system works much better in the Big 10.  I think Billy would be a better fit at Texas Tech.

His teams play a slow paced, defensive style of basketball.  He would have better success in the Big 10.

I think Doc just needs a little more time to prove himself.  Once he gets the right guys in there, watch out.

There's one of those "pimp my ride" places just down the street from my office.  I went down there and told them to rev up the IROC they're doing in honor of Doc.

Quote from: Doc
If he is a guy that is a friend of yours you’ve got as good a friend as you can have,” Sadler said. “He’s not going to let anyone talk about you. He’s not going to let anyone do anything to disrespect you and that’s hard to find in this business. There are not many people who you can look in the eye and know what you’ve got. You can do that with Frank.

But can't the change of pace give his team an advantage over teams that aren't used to that pace?  :ck:

You know, someone once said that some of God's greatest gifts are unanswered prayers.  He was full of dog crap.  It's totally the answered ones that are the greatest.
