a lot of times when salad is my entree, there isn't a cobb on the menu. (not that i would get one if it was on the menu). i get the chicken caesar. lots of fresh cracked pepper.

house salad, the riskiest of all salads. complete wildcard in terms of lettuce, could be iceberg, mixed greens, romaine, arugula...complete wildcard in terms of everything else in the salad- cheese, tomatoes, onions?

demi-complete wildcard in terms of dressing.
house salad reward is hard to outweigh house salad risk.

1K Island Dressing is perfect for iceberg.

It is great on rye based sammies as well.
