If Curtis decides he doesn't want to play basketball after his time at Kansas State, a company somewhere will be happy to have him.

Would love to see the transition of  :ck: from court to office.  Seriously, can you imagine him pulling a  :ck: in the cube next to you?  Would love it.

CK had both good and awful moments last night.   Some nice shots, a few moments of good D, he got called for 2 really bad fouls/calls . . . but then had about 3 or 4 just stupid/flailing shots, and several extremely stupid fouls.

When the Too Cool for School Crowd aka the goemawTARDS hop on somone's nut sack they never, ever let go.

Enjoy the dick flops fellas, hold on tight.

I give Curt some leeway for getting backed down and some of the dumb fouls in the 2nd half because he was battling HARD with Almeida for most all of the first half. Pushing around on that giant mass as much and as hard as he was is going to fatigue the crap out of you. I bet he is sore as hell today.

But getting mad at him/hating him after the defensive effort he put out last night is just crazy.

His overall defensive effort was good, but why wreck a good defensive effort with a couple of fouls, particularly the last one that were just plain stupid . . . why play great position defense and then do a 3rd grade basketball slap down with your arms that's going to get called 98% of the time??    That's what you expect from a Freshman, not a senior player you need in the game.

But then again, I don't ride in CK's Dick Flop Land.

OH and SD, Denis was only "the guy" in the first part of the season when he was leading the flying clankers on a multi game stretch of horrid shooting.

Those are pretty stupid rough ridin' things to get pissed about. All bigs on every team gets fouls like that. You just don't like him because he pulls a :ck: after he fouls. And because you're our dax.

All bigs do not get fouls like that when they literally run in to a pile with 4 fouls and then hammer the guy with both arms with 4 fouls . . . did I mention that CK had 4 fouls?   Only the Chief Dick Flop Lover (cRusty) would be an apologist in that situation.

I'm sure Frank is going to look at the film and give Curt major kudo's on that one . . . hey Curt Stellar defensive smarts there, foul them, send them to the line, stop the clock and foul out of the game.   Perfect.

Yes they do. While I don't think it's a good play, it just wasn't the insanely huge mistake you're making it out to bbe.

Yeah, they make that foul in the first half, on their 2nd foul, but hey, JHR got his chance to be the centerpiece of Frank's late game designs, so, no big deal.

I'll give you that Curt got backed down, but he didn't let Diaz turn to his dominant shoulder and effected shots. Plus, I said all the bigs played well defensively.

He was lucky that Diaz sucks, that isn't good defense, Curtis made no attempt to take anything away from Diaz, he just put his arms up and let Diaz, bury his shoulder in Curt's chest.  Getting backed under the basket when you are playing behind is the textbook definition of awful defense.  Getting backed down while playing behind a dude that you are twice as strong as is awful defense at best, stupid and lazy at the worst.

I loved CK and the laughing at the student section was incred.  But I have watched him get backed under the rim all season and seeing a guy who is 7'0" 220 lbs. was all I could take.  I was starting to wonder if these guys were coached to get backed down like that but I realized that Jordan knows how to get on his toes and move into the torso of the post.  Hell Jamar didn't get backed down like that by disgustingly pasty and abhorrently fat Andre Almeida.

It didn't feel like our bigs played great, but pull up a box score of nubb vs A&M or ut and compare with last night.  We held their two main posts who ripped texas a new ass to a combined 9 pts.

Yeah that's fantastic but has nothing to do with anything I said.  Almeida and Diaz missed point blank shots and put backs, I won't give Curtis credit for Nebraska's bigs being below average.

Rewatched the first half.  Curt gave up a really easy shot to Diaz in the first minute for a bucket, but was pretty decent after that.  Got backed down a time or two, but altered/blocked most of those those shots.  Diaz maybe could have had one more first half bucket on him.
