Will the "cool" Pinstripe Bowl K-State be on the new field at BSFS?

Yes . . . it's cool.  Currie Prevails.
NO . . . OB Wins again.

Looks really nice, fellas.  Are they planning on doing anything to the other side of the stadium?

Not in the Master Plan.  I'm sure they'll renovate the club space at some point and maybe do some minor aesthetic upgrades.  But, in terms of a comprehensive overhaul of the East Side, there's nothing in the MP.  I'd assume the OOD will be first in line for a reno after they complete all 6 phases of the MP.

They already did some minor stuff that probably should've been done initially.  Hopefully a façade down the line but that's not in the plans
IMO, I'd rather have the east side facade done first before just about anything. I know it wouldn't be cheap, but would do more to make the stadium at least appear to be "complete" than anything else.

I agree 100%.  Would take East Facade over wall, NEZ, and even video/ribbon boards.

Nice.  Makes sense why they are expanding it now.  Addition of loge boxes, etc. essentially blending it into Bram.  It will round out the south end, and add a covered area for south concessions.  Probably why ADJC visited Arizona.

Concourse Additions and Connections
An elevated walkway connecting the East and West sides of the stadium could create a 360-degree concourse that allows fans to access the entire stadium complex and free up congestion. This improvement would facilitate potential expansion of the Legends Room at Bramlage and south end zone Loge Boxes.

Hopefully they have Architects working up the design now.  I like how Currie wants to keep the ball rolling.  Construction wise this could easily be completed along with video boards/ribbons and limestone wall before 2014 season.

They may be switching Phase 4 and 5.  A lot easier to do Phase 5 before Phase 4 (accessibility to the area without tearing up what was just done).

That would be  nice as well, but I think it's been well addressed that it will be a while before Vanier gets scrapped for a new one, but I could see how you could choose this. I guess for me it would depend on what exactly the new north endzone would look like.

If I had to make a random ass prediction it would be this:

Phase 3 will be done by 2014.
The south side of Phase 5 (potentially in design)...best case done by 2014 start.
Phase 4 when south side of Phase 5 and Phase 3 is completed (so Phase 4 is more like Phase 5 now).
Phase 6 when Phase 4 is completed (by this time I'm guessing 2016-2017 season as we predicted).

An additional project (like East Facade) could be done in parallel to any of the phases above.

If what I quoted is true take the south board and put it up north(or get rid of the north vb all together) and make the south vb massive on top of the new seats or bramledge

Grass isn't growing under Currie's feet regarding the North Endzone

Vanier update in 2006 was "sub-optimized" so the FB organization and athletic department want to get it right this time. Still  very early in the design process but Currie has been known to move fast on projects like this. My guess is everyone on this board, including myself, will know what the selected design will look like within 4 to 6 months....give or take.

This is what I know.

I still can't decide if this isn't completely Kstate0.

Texas Christian University coach Gary Patterson has been hired as Kansas State's 34th football coach, multiple sources have confirmed to GoPowercat.com.  Patterson replaces Ron Prince, who was fired Wednesday. - Tim Fitzgerald   Nov, 7, 2008
