The South concourse appears to have been torn out.

Anyone know anything about this?

I noticed the SW part was, but did not noticed it having been torn up all the way around. Not saying that it wasn't.

I saw it from the SE by the BTF. Looks to be all of it.

There had been some talk about starting something from phase 3 this summer to get a jump on it since we had the funds.  I thought CC came and said that some work on the south concourse was what the AD was talking about.

I like the "I don't think there are any plans for the south concourse right now" response.  Apparently KSYOU just thinks that the south concourse being tore up, south concourse improvements being part of phase 3, and the AD saying they are trying to get a jump start on phase 3 this summer are all just a big coincidence.
