I need an answer from an ITK person: How tall with this structure be (in feet)?  Or, since it's supposed to be as tall as the East Side: how tall is the East Side structure (in feet)?

Googled the hell out of this and can't find the info.

The structure is 7 stories tall, as far as I can tell from the renderings.  Plus and additional level for the 2 towers.  http://www.kstatesports.com/weststadiumcenter/gallery.html

Hadn't seen this mentioned but on the John Currie Show last Saturday, Currie stated that the steel will be built up on both sides by the UT game.

Not until the last phase.   Vanier has had $15 to $18 million dollars spent on it in the last 15 years or so, and all of that was private money.

I think there will be a ramp going down there so trucks can unload delicious nachos and other things of that nature.

I went to a Halloween party and they literally opened a giant can of nacho cheese and poured it into a crockpot.  At first i was pissed but then I forgot how mad I was while I stuffing my face with pasteurized cheese product.

On a side note, it looks like ku is getting closer to cobbling together enough government cheese coupled with raiding of the endowment to build an off campus track.   Stay tuned.

Off site track is happening. The stadium structure will serve a soccer field, softball field and the track. It's nothing impressive, just enough to be be functional and make it happen off campus.

At this time I believe Phase 3 stuff is up for grabs a la carte.  I don't know if they are just going to do them all now.

Limestone walls seems like the cheapest, fastest, easiest way to make the stadium look loads better. Like doing a tasteful upgrade on rims for the hooptie.
