pretty sure we could raise 90 million every year to blow up the new dev and build another new one if it meant MNC's every year.

Just drove by it. Only 3 stories erected on the south side and it is the height of the dev. Looks like it will be taller than the east side.

In related news, this has been the best football season ive ever experienced. We're elite on the field and our facilities are becoming elite to match. Give me a sweet 16 and I may just quit.
