Construction/laws/codes common sense would tell us they really can't build anyting till all the foundation is planned, built and approved. this takes awhile to design and then actually construct. Ever tried to get a 500 sq ft area perfectly level with a 10 degree leveling slope? didnt think so.
this thing is going to get built guys don't worry. once the foundation is good to go, you'll be complaining about how things are going up TOO fast.

It wont be a big place sittin' up high on some hill.
A lot of things will come and go but love never will.
And I'll be proud.
I'll be proud of the house we built.

Hey, guys. Sorry to self-Luke here.

I originally posted this in the FattyFest thread to drum up interest in a commissioned CanCo work of your choosing. (<--Bid on it.)  However, since you guys seem so crazy for rendos, and since this is actually what the stadium is going to look like this Fall, I figured I'd post it here as well for posterity.
