You're so stupid. Their stadium freaking sucks for the cost they spent on it. It's not much to look at from the outside and they freaking used tarps for brick walls on the inside. If they did it correctly they'd be spending +$300 mill. More realistically like $350 mill. You people are so hard to please. "We spent too much on this really nice addition while Baylor spend 260 mill on a nicer but still not great 45k seat stadium with a laughable exterior and tarped interior. Boy we sure are stupid" What a dork and you don't deserve nice things.

I imagine a large part of construction cost is allotted to premium seating, suites, etc.  for perspective, WSC has 40 suites and Baylor's entire stadium has 45 suites.

They should've taken a page out of Baylor's playbook and erected a Morton tin roof on fire-proofed tubes and replaced that shitty limestone exterior with red bricks from Menards.

One thing to keep in mind is that we paid for not just the structure, but for the tear down and rebuild in one offseason. The timeline was very tight and we paid a premium for that. If we had the luxury of playing somewhere else for two or three years, I imagine the price of WSC (and VFC, for that matter) would have been less.
