Pretty quick process, it says they'll be done by June 5th. I guess that makes sense since the base won't need much work.

It's what UPKS and ADJC want badly from what I hear. 

The ability to sell up to $50 million in bonds has already been approved, that's public record, and there's already been a request for public comment by the Kansas Development Finance Authority on that piece.   

Everything I hear says that if they pull off the full $75 million it will be massive with lots of new suites, a new club and a bunch of stuff for the football program itself on the North End next to Vanier.
