Am I the only one who drew the conclusion from that photo that the wall surrounding the field is actually going to be a faux limestone wall? I mean, I'm cool with faux limestone, but I figured you guys would freak out over it.

Really hard for me to freak out over anything with facilities at this point.  Currie has done the WSC and BTF well enough that I will trust him with Vanier2.0.   That field tho

I've been holding out hope that when the limestone wall is built around the field that they will also destroy the two asphalt tracks that are left and finish everything out with turf.  All the renderings have showed that.  Still mis-matched turf but would obviously look better when it is dark green around all four sides of the field.

guys, it's so tall ...........the NEZ seat angles are sharper than I thought and goes higher than I imagined.......my god in heaven, it's beautiful !

Reemphasizing the NEZ as priority after WSC was a really good move.

dunno if possible but i'd love to see them incorporate bramlage renovations to football somehow. like expand legends room w/ deck but make it for fball too. wrap around the northwest and northeast bram entrances and have a deck that way?

I originally heard that was the initial plans for the SEZ. 

Anyone know if they are waiting for the SEZ tron to be replaced until they figure out how the SEZ will be renovated?

I'm mixed on whether I want SEZ or East side renovated first.  Rich school problems.

not a clue. move it to the northeast side whenever you finish that? 

i would go-

finish the northeast side to make it a bowl. make to where you can walk around the whole stadium.

then attack the south endzone with more sro, more party deck, more tv's. not everyone wants to sit in a seat smushed in a seat or bench seating between ten people to the left and seven to the right and ten rows in front and behind. more price points on tickets, more food, more booze, wifi.

How should we do the ESC? Should they just put up a facade and other upgrades to the existing structure, or tear down the whole thing to make it match WSC? (Would prefer but probably too expensive, maybe)

In my mind the next thing that needs to happen is the south end. The concession tents that are there are embarrassing. Reno the south end zone before putting a massive new video board in.

Something like this that spans the width of the end zone and is the height of the first deck of the WSC. Less stands/seats and more party tho.

i'd just assume they wait on the east side until they get enough money do to it right (tear down and match WSC).  Putting up a façade will cost a lot of money and generate nothing in revenue.

I'm only talking main level.  Didn't they just add bathrooms on the top level only?  I was just thinking about expanding concourse on ground/entry level with new bathrooms, concessions, etc.  Also TV's.  Lots and lots of TV's.  Very limited with TV's right now on the east side.

i seriously want seats to get the foomf from here forward. more open/walk around sro spaces with booze and food. seats at fball games are just gross and too restrictive to hang out w/ buds and have fun. you headed in? yeah, you? ok see you at halftime. meanwhile have fun being squished inbetween a bunch of people that you don't know.

Dressing up the exterior / adding amenities to the East Side is low on my priority list.
1. Finish the NE corner
2. Remove the rest of the track
3. Revamp the SEZ
4. Add hotel/casino
...
37. Give the East Side new bathrooms and facade.

I would love to see that, but is it possible to tear down east side and rebuild new in 9 months?  That upper deck area seats around 15k?  WSC had less to demo, and they could build around the structure they were replacing prior to demo.
