BUTADJC said the project will start at the end of the season/end of fall next year and is projected to be completed before the 2015 season. 75% of the $50mil has already been raised for by donations. From the video I am assuming there to be two phases to the project. I concluded this from the video showing the same view with some additions to the second view not in the first one. This is mainly due in part because in one photo the northeast corner was open, and the next showed it enclosed. There will be a studly tunnel that the players will run out of the on the northwest side.
There were glances into the interior of the building. The weight room is very open with a high ceiling and offices elevated along the wall above the weight room (probs for the strength coaches and such). No purple wood though.
To be quite (and sadly) honest the Vanier in the video was almost identical to what is here. The 3D flyovers and such made it look awesome as hell. The front appeared to be much taller than what was in the renderings and the towers stand out over any other feature on the north face of it.
Basically what you see here is what you'll see in the video imo. Still not disappointed though
