Notice of Public Hearing for
Construction Management At-Risk Services
Pursuant to K.S.A. 76-7,125 et. seq., the Kansas Board of Regents Procurement Committee will be holding a public hearing at 9 am, Friday, August 5th in the Kathy Rupp Conference Room at the Kansas Board of Regents office, 1000 SW Jackson St, Suite 520, Topeka, KS regarding the westside renovations at the LHC Bill Snyder Family Stadium at Kansas State University. The estimated construction cost is $60,000,000. The purpose of the hearing is for the public to have an opportunity to comment on a request from Kansas State University for construction management at-risk services.
