Will the "cool" Pinstripe Bowl K-State be on the new field at BSFS?

Yes . . . it's cool.  Currie Prevails.

Big crystal replica of the Big12 troph.  In the bowl should be statues of Colin, Arthur, and Harper.

BSAC can you share any deets about how much of a reno we are looking at?  I'm wondering if they are going to be able to save the hydrotherapy center which is only a few years old.  TIA

Please don't do this to yourself... I've already shed a few tears related to the fact that the old "Big 8 Room" that I was introduced to as a 17 year old HS senior will be forever gone soon.

You know what would be neat?  Put that "Family" log out on a pedestal or something like they do rocks everywhere else and have the guys touch it as they walk out.

I'd really like that.

I want it to be like a reverse sphinx for Willie the Wildcat, OR, OR a regular sphinx with Snyder's head.

From the day the NEZ bleachers were configured/built, I couldn't wait till they demolished them. Hope to God this includes that. Weird shaped sections that kinda look like pizza slices at certain points.

You mean other than our previous discussions in various forms on redoing Vanier Complex.

Here it is in a nutshell. John Currie, the guy a certain segment of the fan base hates and still want to be fired, plans on tearing down Vanier and rebuilding a much bigger structure. LHC Bill Snyder, the man who works in the existing building, doesn't want this disruption because, after all, his coaches need offices and the players a locker room for spring football and future seasons.

My thought is the Vanier Complex is typical of the pre-Currie approach of settling on adequate facilities that quickly become dated and I hope he gets this done before moving on because as the BTF and WSC prove, he does things right.

For the record, I have not seen the proposed plans (as no one in the media has) and those being shown such plans are being sworn to secrecy. I hope the Vaniers are a big part of this and as I am certain Coach Snyder also hopes that the new building will still carry their family name. (As a disclaimer, Jack and Donna Vanier are investors in this company.)
