Yeah, we all shoud've walked out 2 weeks ago when I sized that rough rider up. But you know, I'm thinking about it and this "returning to erase our markings" idea would be hilarious. Like we don't want to be associated with it. Maybe just go in with some paint and roller brushes and be done in 5 minutes?

Pretty sure american and provolone are the most popular, nationwide. Whiz is king at Genos and Pats though. (Wiz wit, etc.) I don't see it on many menus around here but it's common enough that I wouldn't be surprised to see it being used. Would still expect whiz as an option, not the default though.

The Downtown Kansas City High Rise Penthouse Pak on the other hand was pretty elite. Had a real "big city" feel to it...

FYI, I stumbled into Fat Tony's last night on Douglas in downtown Wichita. Seems like a great place to watch a game. The highlights of the VCU/KU looked fantastic on their giant front projection TV.

Had lunch there last Friday. Would definitely be a cool place to watch a game. Food was pretty good as well.

Was a great place to watch the games, key word was. We went there for the first round game on St. Patty's and had a great turnout of purple there. We went there for the second round game and was informed by management that our game would be turned off early due to the $1600 that they spent to get the UFC fight. We tried to work a deal with them to wait 30 min till after our game was over and they were having none of it. There were about 30 k-staters there and when informed of the situation everyone proceeded to close their tabs and walk out. I am sure we will try again next football season as long as they give us some priority.

I was planning on going to Fat Tonys for the wisky game until i got a text from my buddy saying that there was a change of plans and he was going to emmerson biggins. When i got to EB he told me the exact same story you just did, pretty dumb move on their part but i agree that it would be worth a try again next football season.

I know that a group of us are going to Fat Tony's after Midwest Beerfest at Century II. We are going to give them a second chance after screwing up last year during the NCAA tournament. I heard there was a good group of Cats there last week.

I will be sporting the purple and the plaid kstate hat. I don't know if you went last year but get in line early so you don't have to wait outside to get in for 30 minutes after it starts.
