Seems most of the bracketoligical doodz have the Cats in the field, but I heard some local/horrible radio guys say they think the Cats are still out.  I am personally  and think they need wins at Nub and at home against Mizz and/or a big run in the big 12.  Should I be worried???

I believe we are solidly in if we can beat NU and MU and ISU.

If we lose one of those (NU/MU), I think we need a Big 12 tourney win.

Personally I think Kansas State is an NCAA tournament team right now, or at least very very close. They have wins over teams ranked 3rd, 31st, 43rd, 49th and 53rd in the current KenPom rankings (though only one of those was on the road), and their only losses outside the top 50 are to Colorado. The average of all their losses is 37.33 in the KenPom rankings, which stacks up favorably with their fellow Big XII bubble teams.

Flawed logic, no one on the committee gives a damn about the KenPom rankings so why even talk about them when considering a team's standing.  If we are going to consider anyone's ratings as a means for tournament worthiness, I'm going to go with the CPI.
