Okay, so people's expectations were too high.  Selby isn't the next Derrick Rose, and he's struggled at times, but that doesn't mean he sucks.  He's still the 3rd-leading scorer for a 26-2 top 3 basketball team.  I'd say that's pretty damn good, especially for a freshman who has had limited playing time recently. 

Just spit ballin' here, but it may actually say more about the rest of your team than it does Selby.

Yeah, it shows how deep and talented KU is as a basketball team.  There are 8-9 different players who could be the leading scorer on any given night.

Someone on facebook said it was b/c he hooked up with a women's player in Allan Field House; both suspended (someone mentioned earlier about another women's player being suspended).

all my OregonHawk Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) type ku friends have said the same.  snuck into AFH and mumped the ku girl's player in the middle of the night.  I was like, "pffft, you can get suspended for that?!?!"

Got to thinking, rough ridin' a girl in AFH is gotta be like rough ridin' a girl in barn or a porta-john or something.  would be an unbearable stench, I'd need a little blue pill, or somethin' to stay stiff through that

LAWRENCE, Kan. -- Point guard Tyshawn Taylor will remain suspended Saturday when Kansas (No. 2 ESPN/USA Today, No. 3 AP) travels to Oklahoma -- raising to 32 the number of games Jayhawks players have missed because of injury, tragedy, misbehavior or NCAA rules.

Coach Bill Self confirmed Thursday that Taylor would miss a second straight game for violating unspecified team rules. In his place will be sophomore Elijah Johnson.

Self also admitted that he did not think the Jayhawks would be 26-2 at this point in the season, given the fact they had lost two NBA lottery picks and the winningest player in school history from last year's team. The fact so many players have been sidelined for parts of the year makes the success of the 2010-11 team even more improbable.
