DT Bryce English, Desoto (5-11, 330)

The biggest prospect left on SMU’s recruiting board, — literally — English is an absolute monster and would be the best commit in the Ponies’ 2015 class. English, also known as the Honey Bear on social media, took an official visit to SMU on January 16 and saw San Diego State this past weekend. A visit to Kansas State is slated for January 30, and the rumor is English is really feeling the Wildcats. With that said, the commitments of teammates Kevin Thomas and James Proche along with the fact that former DeSoto coach Claude Mathis now on staff, SMU has more than a puncher’s chance. At 5-foot-11, 330-pounds, English, a former Texas commit, is ranked as the No. 30 defensive tackle in the nation. He is expected to announce on signing day.

Trey Dishon with a 380 hang clean. Pretty impressive. For comparative purposes, Truman is a weightlifting god, and his hang clean is about 400. The KSU record for awhile, not sure if it still stands, is Tank Reese with 417

don't think darreon jackson made it to his KU official scheduled for today. I'm thinking he might be a silent commit to us or boise state, and coaches asked him to not take his KU visit. He wants to announce on signing day
