Honestly, I can see Frank taking a different job, even if it's lateral.  If there's really friction with Currie, I can totally see that.

However, I will have optimism regarding KSU hoops IF Currie makes a decent hire.  I think there can be life after Frank.

Currie's decision could've been forced by donors and/or fans basically losing their crap over this. I don't know that you can say that the talking point is overblown, but I will agree that there's really not a good way for us to know aside from conjecture.
