How the hell not?  Wooly was one game below .500 with one NCAA appearance in seven years before his first major coaching gig.  Boyle was 10 games below .500.  Before KSU Wooly was never 10 games below .500.  I hate Boyle for the same reason I hate Smart and Stevens.  March isn't the only month that games are played.  At least the other two guys have final fours, Boyle won a shitty conference tournament and one his first tournament game.  Colorado this past season was Oklahoma State without the injuries, actually worse, like A&M Parkinson's and all.

his recruiting (two year sample size) has been fine. on par with frank's. granted, recruiting to manhattan would be different than boulder, but it might also help if he's one of those coaches that doesn't run off half his recruiting class every two years.

So you're basing this on him beating KSU three times last year with someone elses high level talent?  He also went 3-6 on the road this year and finished in 6th place in possibly the worst season a power conference has ever had.

Stop thinking he would be better than Jank, or course he is, Jank isn't a possibility.  Travis Ford would be better than Craig Robinson, do we want him too?  I would legitimately take Undy before Boyle.  FOR THE KSTATE JOB ONLY.

Tad is firmly level 2. I wouldn't meltdown over it, but I wouldn't be dancing in the streets either.
