I remember. My problem is the self reporting, I guess. I mean, we seem to have a higher than avg occurance rate. Seems like we get excited about busting our own ass.
Twice, if this is the case with Gipson, really isn't a lot considering the volume of college students (notice I didn't say athletes or basketball players) that allegedly smoke herb. Also it happens everywhere, players get "injured" or suspended for a violation of team rules everywhere. There was a day last week where 4 different college basketball programs announced suspensions on the same day and those were the announced ones.
We aren't suspending kids for this anymore than anyone else. Now that certain people are gone I don't even think compliance is the overly cautious, coach chase off tool that it used to be.
