No, it is very not better. Spanish chorizo is one of the finer sliced meats out there. It's the one asking prosciutto how its @ss tastes.

Someone else made them, I just ate.

But I would make burgers like you normally do, maybe mix in some sage or other great pork related seasonings. Place think green apple slices on top of burger and melt Gorganzola on top.

spanish chorizos, both fresh & cured are some multiple better than mexican chorizos, which really, are pretty nasty, but taste ok with a good salsa (like anything else).

chorizo en sidra is one of the top ten foods in the world.



33, you can probably use some of the ground pork to make a good green chili.

i had it at jose andres' restaurant in LA called the bazaar.  one of the apps was an embutidos platter with spanish chorizo, lomo, and salchichon.  i had never had spanish cured meat before so for me it was different.
