I'm on Team Clams on this one...If that had been Frank, some of you would have loved every second of it. If it was oscar or Drew, you'd hate it.
Stupid comparison because Frank would have never thrown his body on the floor like that, and I'm as pro-Drew as a non-Baylor fan could be.
I really think Heslip's foot was on the line, which would have made the ending even more amazing if he would have made that shot.

Frank wouldn't have collapsed in a heap, but Frank had several displays of emotion or exasperation that were = or > than Drew's that were rejoiced, and subsequently romanticized by some posters.
FWIW Weibart on GPC (the poster that thanked gE for donating to his charity hike a couple weeks ago through an email to me) has met dozens of coaches through his relationship he fostered with Dick Vitale, and his work with Cancer research…he said that Scott Drew was one of the more personable coaches that he has talked with, and a few weeks after they met at some function, Drew sent him a box with a Baylor B-Ball shirt, tickets to the Baylor-KSU game in MHK, and a personal letter telling him to stay strong, etc…I know the guy gets shat on a lot (and rightfully so) for being a cheater & a drama queen, but it sounds like in real-life, he might not be the evil person he appears to be
