KU is right on par with Notre Dame ... when it comes to adding additional conference revenue
Beer pro tip: never drink anything other than BL, coors, pbr, maybe a few others that I'm forgetting
that he is "uncomfortable" with the recruiting process??I was distracted for a moment, but thought that's what he said.
Just another reason why he has to go . . . really Bill, you're uncomfortable with recruiting??Because golly, none of the real good players will wait around until 4 days before signing day for you to consider offering them a scholarship??
I like that Snyder wants to wait. Nobody else does. Certainly some of the very best players don't emerge until their senior year of high school. Many don't emerge until they go to college. Just look at how many small school kids end up in the NFL. Of course none of those guys are going to get stars from Rivals or Scout because they're too busy evaluating the high school juniors.I also like that Snyder has moved to a power game when everyone else is looking to a spread/speed game. We're not Texas. When everybody else zigs we have to zag.
Of course you want fast players but our ball controll offense has been decent at slowing spead offenses. Now, if we can just install a tackling defense...

No one is saying Snyder doesn't like fast players, we're talking about the pace of the game. The longer we have the ball the fewer opportunities they have to score. We do this as a direct result of the spread offenses. At the same time, speed is not the only thing teams look for. Remember when Ronny filled our team with a bunch of 5'7" fast dudes and 230 lb lineman? That was a perfect example of taking the whole "speed kills" thing way to far. The really top level teams have their pick of properly sized dudes who are also super fast. We aren't able to fill our classes with those guys but we get probably as many as possible.
And no one is disputing that. You're talking about something totally different than he is. "I like how Snyder has went to a power game." "We need a faster defense." Two totally different topics dood.
I love how our fanbase has convinced themselves that if Ron Prince did it, it's wrong, even two full years after he's gone.Try to schedule a game that gets on TV? DisasterImprove team speed? StupidRecruit an elite QB? Pointless
You're 1/3 tard, Saul. I don't think I have a problem with that.
