my goal would be to send the entire incoming class to a prep school for a year instead of having them actually come to kstate. then the next year when they do come, we redshirt them all. then the next year we injure them all and get them medical redshirts. then by the time they actually start playing, they will have had three years post highschool all playing together and they'll still only be college freshmen. then you build them up. you do "smart" scheduling. then by the time they are all seniors, that's when you are poised to make a run at making the tournament.
