yeah, there's no story associated with the profile.  the offer list thing on rivals is pretty meaningless unless there's an interview to go with it.  and a fball offer will show up on a bball profile and vice versa.

what you don't realize (and it's excuseable) is that snyder does not like recruiting and/or offering someone before they've played their senior year of football.  So the thought of Snyder offering someone this early isn't very likely.

Also, Samples' fball and bball Rivals profiles list the exact same schools. Some schools could be recruiting him for both sports but no way are both lists exactly the same, right down to who offered.

I do agree that it's pretty Anti-Snyder like to offer a SO(especially given his recent old-timey rants)but I'm not sure I see enough evidence out there to believe this is a legit hoops offer from KSU. Rivals does a very poor job of differentiating between fball and bball offers/interest for dual sport athletes IMO.

I'll go to the national board and see if Bossi knows anything ...

2nd that isn't even their best 2013 PG (Shirmane Thomas).

Third I don't even remember that kid in that game.

4th At leas this kid would be a 2 star so the 3 star Frank guys would shut up about that
