90% of the time I drink it's beer. But I'd have an occasional old fashioned/whiskey sour/Manhattan/etc.

I recently discovered Gin. I mean I knew it existed lol but I never really drank it. Gin and Tonic; great. Tom Collins; great. Negroni; great. I still haven't tried a gin martini but I'm sure it's great.

What other gin drinks should I try that are the bees knees. (<--- haha I know that's a gin drink but I haven't tried it lol)

Gin martini, a wash of vermouth and a crap load of olives
skip the olives and opt for a lemon twist.

A gimlet from a cocktail bar that makes their own preserved lime is hard to beat. Classic gin fizz with fresh squeezed lime juice is also a solid choice. Gin and grapefruit juice (w/ a salted rim) is a great brunch drink.

Do you use an egg white in your gin fizz? I had a whiskey sour with an egg white one time. Didn't care for it.

bros I had about 5,000 cocktails of champions last night and am really feeling it today but sometimes you just got to do what you got to do

whiskey sour without an egg white is barely worth drinking IMO. But no, typically the gin fizzes I've enjoyed are sans egg white (although the ramos gin fizz at the Sazerac Bar in NOLA is delightful)

sometimes I get olives if I want a snack or if I don't trust the place to not give me a lemon wedge if I ask for a twist
