I guess what I don't understand, and probably never will, is why it's not possible for people to look at him and say, "He did this well, he did this poorly, he did this well, he did this poorly, etc."

I refuse to believe that anybody who was going to donate a large sum of money to the university withheld their donation because of this. They simply withheld their donations because Ron was black. Moral of the story: Ron should have been born white.

nothing exciting. used to go to kstatefootball.com back in the days before google news alerts ("kstate football" was more or less the limit of my internet search skills at the time; found it when i was looking for a place to listen to games online when I was out of the country). one day, some dude posted a link to kstatefans' "first to report!" that Prince was hired. that's when i found ksf and was promptly PIed by chums1 (who had a cincinatti red or something as has av back then). Did not know any other place existed until like a year later. I just remember wondering what happened to the guy with the glowing marshmellow man av who made weird photoshops of tea parties and the guy with the "stats" blog who actually knew about bball. Did not discover fans until somebody posted an illicit link on ksf (at which point I was promptly PIed by SD).
