The Kite Patch: makes you non-detectable to Mosquito's

thought you guys might enjoy this. The Kite Patch is a little square sticker that emits a cloak of chemical compounds that block a mosquito's ability to sense humans.

I would rather get bit by a mosquito than have one buzz by my ear

Not me, steve dave. The itch is bad enough, but West Nile Virus sounds just awful.

Well that is just misguided.

mosquito fast fact- only the females buzz and bite. so if that thing is a buzzer, it's also a biter. and that's been our mosquito fast fact for the morning of August 6th. thanks for listending and be sure to tune in next week when the topic will be men versus women, which one are mosquitos more attracted to?

me too. I can't wait to test it.  I don't understand why CO2 attracts them vs other things the human body gives off.

Ever since i found out that you can use a hot spoon to make an insect bite not bother you, i've literally given zero F's about getting bit anymore.

If i lived in slimy, malarial, 3rd world places (i'd move) i suppose i'd be super stoked about this.

Hot spoon is vernacular for Heroin.

It sounds Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) but it works

It works best if its really hot, like uncomfortably so.  The basic premise is that the insect venom that keeps your blood from clotting (and is itchy) is heat sensitive, and the hot spoon is enough for it to break down.

the reality is that the pain from the burn will outweigh the annoyance of the bug bite

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

I actually use the back of my pocket knife, its thicker (holds on to more heat) and less wide.  But yeah, its nuts because it seems so simple, you wonder how you lived life for so long without know this.
