I went years without cleaning my ducts and started noticing more dust, allergies, and uneven airflow. Over time, buildup can reduce HVAC efficiency and even circulate allergens or mold through your home. After getting air duct cleaning, the air felt fresher and my system ran more smoothly. Definitely worth considering if it's been a while.

Ms TBTs family was in town and we all went to six flags and I rode all the rides and roller coasters and everything yesterday and today my entire body hurts. Like, muscles I forgot I even had hurt this morning.
