Ms TBTs family was in town and we all went to six flags and I rode all the rides and roller coasters and everything yesterday and today my entire body hurts. Like, muscles I forgot I even had hurt this morning.

well hey on the bright side...from an overall health standpoint, can you even imagine yourself honestly typing out that sentence like 2 or 3 years ago?

This is very true. I barely would have even been able to stand the trip from my house there, let alone even walking from the parking lot to the entrance 

I have come a long way for sure.

I don't know that it's the 32x best burger in KC as they advertise, but the Westport Flea Market burger is quite good

I just heard that old D'Bronx is going to be a Pappo's and Pappo's is great!  Always has a great beer list too.

Kids annual travel baseball tourney this weekend. 3 straight days of eating small chain hotel breakfast buffet, followed by whatever you can find for lunch at the ballpark and then mostly pizza for dinner. Also boozed like I haven't boozed in a long time every single day and night. I am freaking wrecked this morning. This one is going to take a couple days to recover from.

might I suggest some steak and eggs and a gallon of hot black coffee to help you through the healing process.

Currently fasting to attempt a reset. Trying to make it past a lunch workout, but don't know if it's going to happen.

Finally got to Hank's. Great atmosphere and burg. Kinda sad seeing Howard Hanna running the kitchen. Seems so blow his talents.

we went to don chuy’s new place at 87th and metcalf tonight. it is pretty good tex mex.
