Game and atmosphere of the season at Bramall Lane today. Sucks to lose the 3 points at the end but Sheffield deserved something from it after that 1st half. Phil Jones should never play for United again (old news, I know). Pereira needs to be dropped but the midfield is too depleted and Woodward refused to replace Fellaini and Herrera. Pogba and McTominay sorely needed.

National trend for sure but the last couple years were far worse at BSFS. I was more disappointed in the people leaving with 6 minutes left.

KU Hawk Football has a longer sellout streak than Notre Dame, the famous school from the movie Rudy. EXTEND LES THIS MORNING.

Before the moment passes I want to congratulate KU on losing 100 games in less than 10 years.  Streak began on 10/17/09 and completed on 9/28/19.  I mean technically you could say they lost 101 games in 10 years because there was another loss on 10/5/19, but that would be applying the last 7 games from 2009 and the first 6 games from 2019 which comes to 13.  So we can be nice and just call it 100 losses in the equivalent of 10 complete seasons (120 games played).  As of today the numbers are still the same.  We drop off the loss from 10/17/09 and add a loss from 10/19/19.

Wow... that's just impressive. However, do they have to lose on out to be 100 losses in 10 consecutive seasons or are they allowed to win a game?
They have to lose out at this point. Let's hope for the best. Not a good look for our once-proud footballing state.

They're hanging moral victory banners like no tomorrow and quite frankly I'm happy for them. It's fun to be at a football game with a decently full stadium.

Excitement will continue to grow if they can win 1 of their next 3: @TCU, OU, @Texas.
Well this didn't age well. Excitement still rising!

Beaty would've waltzed to 7 wins this year. Pay the man.

There was some incred content yesterday. This was my favorite, in response to Rebekah's reply

United will be relegated in the next few seasons and quite frankly I'm excited to see some different venues from around England. The Championship is a better overall league anyway.
This wasn't a joke. Just went 150 minutes away from home without a shot on target. Have just about found their level today against bottom three Newcastle.

Sorry to revive this thread when actually it should be locked and/or deleted.

It's like they forgot that they were playing legitimately "kind of bad" (as opposed to "awful") football in the second half of last season.

vs. TCU - W 27-26
vs. ISU - L 3-27
@ KSU - L 17-21
@ OU - L 40-55
vs. Texas - L 17-24

But now, Les eeks out a win to Indiana St., loses at home to Coastal, smokes a (to put it charitably) mediocre BC team, and then loses to WVU at home and all of a sudden, "KU football is moving in the right direction"?   They may be better than last year, but all of this looks pretty familiar.  KU remains "kind of bad."
Without a doubt Beaty would be 4-0 right now. Their treatment of him has been despicable. #PAYBEATYNOW

It's obviously early but Wan-Bissaka is hands down the best soccer player to ever live.

Brave of KU to suspend him for a must-win (and now very losable) game when they knew it wouldn't be popular amongst their fan base.

Yeah the second half was rough. We really should've scored in the first half. Bradley and Morris were awful.

18
Looks like a pretty good crowd. The game has been a snoozer and doesn't really matter

Yeah we suck but I am going to my first roaddron on Sunday, pretty jazzed about it

:excited: you all were extremely loud on television
came here to say the same. Well done, mocat and co. Hopefully this kickstarts a good summer run

Great series.
that was really fun. Feel bad for basketball fans who don't like the NBA

3 goal leads used to actually mean something
