And the extremely lol weed demonizing

i don't know that they demonized it, but he was apparently smoking all day every day so it was a large part of his life. they even mentioned legal weed could have caused him to avoid a lot of his problems.

MCI-LIS
MUC-MCI

ah i'm dumb and thought you meant like 4 stops within europe. which would be kind of insane. that's less cool but still cool!

Todd was a good one. Man, would love to see his son join the cats.

Don't you try to bulk him up and move him to OT?

that's exactly what his dad did so maybe!

doing Whole30 for the month of january. fun little "challenge" to start the new year. so far so good!

overall i have no problem with people wanting to eat a cleaner diet, but the entire whole30 thing is weird to me because there isn't really any science behind it. its like
W30: no artificial ingredients!
person: are eggs okay?
W30: yes
person: are bananas okay?
W30: yes
person: so as long as i don't add any other ingredients i can take an egg and a banana and blend them together and make a pancake?
W30: well, no.

Don't get me wrong, 30 days of eating W30 approved foods isn't going to hurt you, but their claims are very exaggerated so i wouldn't get your hopes up that it will reset your digestive system or stop your junk food cravings or allow you to focus better. Its just a weird thing that was thought up by someone who does not have any sort of relevant education or formal training in nutrition who just kinda came up with this idea off the cuff and then made oddly specific rules.

I've tried it a couple of times. One time followed it very strictly to the letter. neither time made much of a difference. didn't really lose any weight, didn't feel that much healthier. Biggest difference was having to run the dishwasher a lot more often.

i agree with everything you said.

The way I see it, recruits who renege on their commitments to our program, this late, aren’t of the character to help us rebuild the program.

Scott had a bad showing at a regional camp where all of his numbers were down. That prompted 24/7 to downgrade him as a 3 star (not because he was committed to us as some like to think).

The scouts now believe he is best suited for middle linebacker instead of on the outside, which decreases his value.

The "changes in the KU fball program" very well could be that we told him we were moving on from him and could have nothing to do with Coach Jones.
