If he was drunk he literally is incapable of consent even if he says he did. I am not privy to the facts of this particular case but this is a common trend. Two drunk people should result in two rape charges. In this particular case we will neer know because charges were not brought and the fact finders did not hear evidence relevant to the charge.

Cultivating that rape culture is full-time  work.

- a incomprehensible taco trade war that is forcing a reordering of the global economy that will exclude America and the dollar.
- an embrace of fossil fuel while scorning renewable sources at the expense of the environment and market trends.
- Russian appeasement and likely abandonment of NATO. As a working journalist, I've been cursed and harassed by Black Lives Matter zealots and MAGA anti-vax fools. A BLM organizer threatened to bring a camp-out protest to the newspaper, which I thought would be great. She was shouting at me but wouldn't tell me her name, even though everyone around her was using it. So I just googled a past story on my phone and asked her if the spelling was correct.
The MAGA anti-vax pea-brains were harassing kids and their parents when COVID shots first became available for them. I asked them why they found that objectionable or why that family decision was any of their business but got only sputtering rage in response.
