I realize I'm almost 100 games over .500 in my lifetime which is pretty neat

Which means I guess that you're not even of legal drinking age yet..
I don't think he understands, that the younger a person is, the more impressive this stat becomes.

I understand that in terms of football tradition, your team's success is very recent.  I will grant you that under Snyder you've been good many years; he's a helluva coach.  But I also will grant you that under every other coach you've ever had, you've sucked.

Just checked the game date and Jesus Christ we have to put up with this shill for three more weeks?

We're just the advance scouts and recon guys.  The ground troops and heavy artillery won't be here until next week.

And you still can anticipate the triumphant return of Pondwater Jack.  His gout was a little better this morning and that nasty STD was clearing up a bit too.

They care about all time records

What better way to gauge the overall strength and tradition of a program?

I know, I know....you've won a Big 12 championship sometime in your pathetic existence.  I'm sure it was during one of those countless transition years when nobody was quite sure who was in your conference and who was fleeing it; which teams you would play and which ones would bail during the year leaving you to schedule a D-1AA team to fill in the embarrassing hole in the schedule; and whether you even had enough teams to call yourself a conference.  But by golly, you must've won it that one year and, as a result, it give you the right to consider yourself the top program in the history of football.

Let's all raise a glass to Kansas State.  The most delusional fanbase in America.

I wouldn't like facts either if I was an Arkansas football fan :frown:

Facts?  You want facts?  You can't handle the facts!

Navin:   "Siri, what is the all time record of the Arkansas Razorbacks football team?"

Siri:   "676 wins, 451 losses, 40 ties."

Navin:   "Siri, what is Kansas State's all time record."

Siri:   "BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess being the biggest bigot is like something to be proud of in Arkansas :dunno:

Not really.  Not like it does at Westboro.

The arkies definitely try the hardest.

We do... and excel at all athletics.

I guess just making appearances in championship games but not winning = excelling

Aren't you due back at the asylum in a few minutes, Thomas?  Please say you are....

I think the OP has been a pretty big bigot tbh and not very nice at all

He has actually shown remarkable restraint thus far.  You should see him when he's pissed..

9
By the way....never mind, you wouldn't understand....

Rev

Comprehension ain't their strong suit, Rev.  Neither is spirited debate.

Come to think of it, I ain't sure they have a strong suit.   Maybe talkin' Star Wars and Star Trek; they do seem to fixate on those two things.

Word to the wise:  When Rev's 'roids are acting up and he's got the squirts, it ain't a good time to engage in tomfoolery with him.

You've been warned. :whistle1:
Were you able to see the post I made?

I'm blind, so unless it's in braille the answer is no.

Fascinating. I never realized there were track schools out there

It's quite crazy - when you get OUTSIDE of the Big XII, schools are good at many things. Football, basketball, baseball, track, etc.

we won championships in the 3 sports you listed in one year (track ovbs not a sport)

Fyp
Track is a competition, not a sport.

Do you think they have like raging tailgates for T&F events?  Like everyone shows up to class hungover on Monday morning after a big track weekend?

At Arkansas, yes.  In prairie land, apparently not.

If this was a prize fight, there'd be a pile of white towels tossed in K-State's corner.  When your best poster is Thomas the Train, your board is pretty lame.

If you think tbt is a good poster, then that explains a lot about arkansasans

He told us he ran this board.  Ran it with an iron fist.

You mean to tell me he was fibbin'??

Kansas State Football / Re: Favorite Arkansas Jokes

So a moth that is an Arkansas fan goes into a doctors office.  He sits down in the waiting room for 20 minutes and eventually the doctor calls him in.  As he sits down, the doctor ask's him how it's going.

"I am really having a tough time," the Arkansas moth told him.  "My wife and I aren't really talking to each other and haven't been intimate in months.  I think the problem started when our youngest son was in a car accident and passed away.  I'm not sure that we've fully dealt with the grief.  He was generally a responsible kid but was out late last night and was giving a drunk friend a ride home.  Unfortunately, the other driver on the road wasn't as responsible and had been drinking.  Our son was on life support for a couple of weeks but, at the doctor's recommendation, we eventually pulled the plug.  I think my wife resents me for making the decision and we've talked less and less.  We used to feel like best friends but now we barely even make small talk.  She has been on her phone more frequently and I finally checked her call log.  It turns out she has been calling my brother pretty frequently and all hours of the night, including when she told me she was on a business trip.  To top it off, my daughter can see all this happening and no longer talks to either of us.  She spends most her time in her room listening to music that I can't even comprehend.  I feel like my life is crashing down around me."

"That sounds terrible," the doctor said.  "But I'm a podiatrist.  Why are you here?"

"Because the light was on," the Arkansas Moth replied

Thanks for the comment without context farmerchip

We can give you a roadmap if you need one, Thomas.

oh look another gay joke by a bigot Arkansas fan

Does that offend you?  Are you a mover-and-shaker in the LGBT community in Manhattan?

Thomas is a friend of them long haired, hippy type pinko mommies,
I bet he's even got a Commie flag tacked up on the wall inside of his garage.

He's a snake in the grass, I tell you guys
He may look dumb but that's just a disguise
He's a mastermind in the ways of espionage.

can we talk about what a dump Memphis is in this thread?

I take it you won't be attending the bowl game?  People tend to put down areas or people where they know they won't be confronted by them.

Either your bike has a flat, you don't have the money for a ticket, or your mom is making you do chores that day.  Possibly all three.

19
Isn't winning a championship in the Big 12 sort of like beating the blind school, an all girls school and the crippled children's home all in the same season?  I mean, you have to put your championships in context.

What x's and o's is there to talk about? A game no one cares about between bad k-state and bad low medium sec team.

Who gives a crap

You obviously don't, which makes me wonder why you're even here.

21
Really? Did the media report on any of this? You'd think a guy like that would at least be regionally known

Yeah, the parts of the country that get a TV signal were fully aware of him.  Flyover states like yours, where carrier pigeons are probably still in use, may have missed out on that.

22
Tell jack to drink some cranberry juice and get over it.

Methinks your plan was to raise a ruckus over his banishment, never expecting it'd be waived, and just piss and moan until you left.  Now that he is reinstated you're standing there dicks in your hands not sure what do to next.  "Hey less jess tell'em he gots tha gout!"

Not sure about everybody else, but whenever I've got mine in my hand, I know what to do with it.

I was here a few years ago and really enjoyed the board.  I am a razorback fan and Arkansan and look forward to some good debate about this big game.

Not here to stir up any problems.  That much I guarantee.
Maybe you should go over the cliff instead of the road  :dunno:

Here I am just trying to fit in on what seems to be a pretty decent football board and a mod tells me to drive off a cliff.  No wonder there are so few members.  Maybe they have all taken this advice and driven off a cliff.

There are some troublemakers from Arkansas on here.  I have a reputation for building bridges and bringing people together, not conking people in the head with a shovel.

I'll vouch for OTR and, heck, I'm one of those troublemakers.  It's in my blood and I can't help it.

But OTR's good folks.  He can talk X's and O's with the best of 'em and is even known to drop the occasional advice to Bert Bielema.  You prairie tards -- excuse me, Wildcat fans -- need to ask for a do-over and welcome OTR as he livens up this place in a respectable manner.

24
Kansas state has had several Heisman trophy candidates in recent memory, but has failed to win any  :frown:

Has there ever been an arkansan candidate? I can't think of any, but you never know

No.  None at all.  That guy you've never heard of wasn't really a 2-time runner-up.  Didn't happen.

25
Obviously this pondwater jack guy is a gigantic pussy or stuck in jail or something.

Navin - where's Jack's attorney at? I thought he was floating around...

Surely he was able to get that little "misunderstanding" cleared up?

I'll reiterate.  Jack's been dealing with a flaming case of gout.   When your appendages are already as messed up as his, a case of the gout will really knock you for a loop.

Knowing Jack like I do, he's not going to come on board until he's 100%.  He don't want anything other than maximum effort and until he can give that, he's instructed the rest of us to lay the foundation.
