Michigan posters aren't bad so far.  Representing themselves pretty well.

Thanks. I root for you guys most of the time -- have a high opinion of your fanbase from other boards I've been on and really enjoyed your work on Arkansas and WVU fans in the past. I just hope the mgoblog crowd doesn't come over here and get oversensitive and whiny.

fun hater.

I can start talking about all of our championships in the 1940s and pretend like they mean something if it helps?

I'm looking forward to all of the enraged (mildly irritated?) Michigan fans coming over here to lecture us about our series history with KU and how games from 1952 have infinite meaning in today's culture.

I assumed you guys had a winning record over KU. You guys have owned them for as long as I've been paying attention (last 20 years or so).

yeah, but that makes for good bbs'ing

True that. If I actually posted there I'd bring them over to see what would happen. I have to believe some will make their way over in these next couple of weeks.

So Michigan has a tim.  I suppose everyone does.

It's a school with nearly 28,000 undergraduate students and nearly 13,000 post-graduate students. It's safe to say that more than one of them is named Tim.

Is this thread really necessary? Michigan doesn't have fans. They just have people that live in that hellhole of a state that feel obligated to root for a home state school. Southerly Canadians really.

Necessary? Is it necessary for me to drink my own urine? No, but it's sterile and I love the taste.

all I know about Meatchicken is that it's the land of 1000 lakes

That's not true, we are the crossroads of America. Home of Abe Lincoln, Bob Seger and Virtue. We were founded in 1946 under the watchful eyes of Cowboy Bob Orton, a former runaway slave turned Makhnovism politician who founded our great land on three key principles: Hustle, Loyalty and Semetism (pro jew).

We live quiet lives, our daily routines consist of snowmobiling to church or winter badminton in the snow. We take great pride in our shuttlecocks which we carefully hand paint during the children's festival of late August. In truth, we are a lot alike, our two great nations. One Purple, One Blue. I look forward to your God-King penciling us a thoughtful soliloquy after our match of American football.

 good to see you over here cza
I am going to assume a sock. I am still not certain Bread and Michisgood are not both socks. No other posters without direct ties to KSU have ever come on here and been not shitty from post # 1.
michigan tmbers will keep this place entertaining until they lose and then its all over

Yes, we start getting Michigan Mad and sharing our feels. It's quite the scene.

We used to throw our keys, but then the automobile companies went bankrupt and couldn't issue us new ones. So now we jiggle them.

I was going to say yes, but we did beat UConn this year. Beating a team that starts Kemba Walker, Ray Allen, Rip Hamilton and Andre Drummond should help our image, plus making Jim Calhoun retire is something we should be lauded for. Plus we can dance.

no. denied.

I need something with a better picture. Thanks in advance.

I thought it was obvious I'm talking about Ted who is getting phased out

I don't know a Ted.

Just talked to my connection at Nike and he denies that they offered Michigan any money more than "chump change"

He also thinks that the Persian Gulf is a sport instead of a body of water bordering the Middle East. He told me that too. Ted's a silly guy.

LOL at Nike not giving Michigan any money

They gave us some, but not enough. We were holding out for LA Gear, but that fell through unfortunately.

I was literally just about to ask how long its been since Michigan had been relevant in college football discussions, but this answers it for me... 1997, right?

Luckily we beat Notre Dame almost every year, which keeps us around for a couple of weeks. And our helmets have wings, which is nice.

my great grandpa was at that shooting.  Another coincidence, he is the only person I know who remembers when michigan was relevant in football.  small world

134 years of beautiful tradition from Fielding Yost to Charles Woodson you're goddamn right we're living in the past. Have you heard that new song by Chumbawumba? It's the best!

100% SERIOUS POST: i just don't understand how Michigan has adidas uniforms

They gave us a lot of money. We're just capitalistic whores, unlike your former rivals in Lincoln.

You are an idiot. That was Kansas, not Kansas State. Please don't post on our blog anymore until you know as much about our team as we do yours.

You're right. I'm sorry. I always take a moment every May 1 to remember the lives lost on your campus when the military opened fire on your peaceful demonstration. Also a big Antonio Gates fan -- he's helped various fantasy teams of mine over the years.

Welcome BTC! You must be thinking about the University of Kansas, tho. ;)

Nah, I was thinking of the school that likes to hire fat football coaches like we do -- I'm pretty sure you hired that one Notre Dame coach. It's perfect for the Buffalo Wild Wings bowl though -- overtime can be an eat off!

Looking forward to playing you guys in a bowl and dig your work in the past against Arkansas and West Virginia. I hope your defense is a bit better in football than it was in basketball though -- should have never left Trey Burke open for a 30-foot 3-pointer with the clock winding down.
