and yet who has a bigger national brand? not the school that won in baseball, the one who hangs championship banners and final four banners. So keep thinking you are important little bro, but understand that this is only some fun in state back and forth. In the big national picture, kstate doesn't matter.

Wow, some on this board have a TENdency to overreact and then act very TENderhearted when someone points out the obvious. Too bad your basketball team didn't show that kind of TENacity for every game they played, it TENds to get you in trouble when you aren't consistent.

Is the Tech game a must win? Ever since the mid season national championship game things have kind of gone down hill. It happens tho after you put everything you have into one game and your wildest dreams come true and you get to dance on tables and sell tshirts and dvd's. Its hard to get up for the rest of your games. I'm happy for you guys that you at least had your moment. Just because it was in February doesn't diminish the fact that you beat the Big 12 Champs by 3 in overtime while playing your best game of the year and they played their worst. So good luck tonight and hopefully you pull out the w so that you can hear your name called on selection sunday.

Looks to me like your frosh are pretty good. It may not show up for awhile, but they don't look too bad. They will get better each game.

Having a couple oversized classes and hoping to be relevant for 2 out of 4 years is mid-major ball.  DO NOT WANT

Agree with you there, need a great recruiting class to add to the pieces you have. oscar needs to get his head out of his rear on the recruiting trail

Sure you can, I mean Southwell will easily eclipse Mcgruder's stats from last year and you have oscar as your head coach, with that short, slow kid running the point, sounds like a championship team to me.  At least that's what I heard from some kstaters before the season.

If oscar was smart, which he has proven not to be, he would play those freshman and hope they save his job.

However, the celebration that I was talking about was during a time when your basketball program was as laughable as KU football. Don't worry tho, it looks like they are headed that direction again so maybe another big celebration is in store for you all in a couple of years since you enjoy them so much!

Interesting. K-State started that basketball season ranked #3 in the country.  But yeah, they were basically as bad as a team who hadn't won a conference game in years.

Its so cool of you guys to support KU football and their celebrations. Of course you don't have much choice since your school releases DVD's and cuts down nets after a regular season basketball win.
