Kansas State Basketball is hard / Re: 2.5 wins
« on: March 09, 2011, 11:14:03 AM »

It takes 4-6 weeks to recover from surgery on a torn meniscus. If that really was what was wrong with TRob, he is a dumbass for coming back so soon, and Bill Self is an bad person who is jeopardizing the poor kid's (a kid with a 7-year old sister and no parents) potential NBA career. I don't think he really tore his meniscus, fwiw.

FWIW I was an athletic trainer and a torn meniscus doesn't usually take 4-6 weeks to recover from.  They go in arthroscopically, clean it up and many athletes are back in 2 weeks......about the time TRob took to come back

this is the biggest bucking bs fing award for player of the year ever.  It's about like Beasley not getting national player of the year.  Fing bs.  It's not even close.  Another bj for Ku.  Give me an fing break, Pullen deserved this.

Kansas State Basketball is hard / Re: Jam Sam = Louis Colon?
« on: March 01, 2011, 03:54:01 PM »
I think Samuels has become worthless other than fouling the last 10 games.  What happened to him.  He seems so lost.  This may seem harsh, I am a huge Jamar fan and know he loves basketball, but how has he regressed this much?  I'm tired of him standing on the perimeter swinging the ball with absolute no look at the basket.  He either fumbles it away or gets it stolen.  He is doing very little on the o or d boards either.  I know it's his MO, but he is the best in the nation at off the ball fouls.  What give Jamar.  Come back buddy :lynchmob:

He truly has had an amazing career.  He basically improved in every category, every year for 4 years. Wow

This is about how I'd thought it would go tonight.  Nice to see Jamarr play, obviously Frank is trying to set an example to everyone by sitting Kelly.  Figured we would look out of sync, but the good news is we have a ton of talent and some of the guys we need to step up are doing just that.  Spradling WILL be our pointguard in no short time and that is a huge plus.  Jacob looks smooth, Wally still looks uncoordinated.  We'll see how this turns out, but probably will win by 30.  I do think we get beat by Marquet as they will run good offense and we'll still be finding our groove/rotation.  I definitely think we are a top 10 team though. Thoughts? :doom:

What's frustrating is somehow our defense pulls their head out and then our offens sh#$*s down it's pants.  We should be winning this f$%&king game by 2 touchdowns, but here were trailing.  Amazing how it changes from one week to the next.  I have seen nothing creative or explosive out of our offense today.  Run up the middle with D. Thomas followed by run up the mioddle with D. Thomas.  I will tell you this, the guy is slow.  How a bout getting the F*(king ball and running instead of trying to cut back everytime.  I hate to say it, but your all thinking it.  Would we be better off with Powell?  Seems like he hits the hole a lot quicker and theri are ver few holes there.  Point is, we are about to get blow out.  Good rebound defense, sorry the O let you down. :doom:

I hate to say it, but this might be Missouri's best team?  They just seem grittier.  There O may not be quite as explosive, but it's the first time they seem to have a defense and play smart

Kansas State Football / Well?
« on: September 11, 2010, 09:19:41 PM »
I guess we can say that our first teams played pretty well, but obviously we have no depth.  We just gave up over 400 yards to Mo State?  Wow!  I don't care if 2nd teamers came in our not.  That is terrible.
