Just to clarify...

This did not happen in West Virginia.

This girl is a substitute teacher at Cosby High in Richmond, VA. His name is Justin Foster and is 18 years old.  He just started his freshman year at WVU.

Visited K-State today. A highlight: WR Chris Harper said a few Wildcats debated whether West Virginia is, in fact, one of the 50 states.
