Hey all of you poor pityful Kansas St. fans. After reading most of your brainless remarks about Walmart I did a little research for all of you hayseeds. There are 61 Walmarts in the state of kansas. 8 less than in the State of Arkansas. -8...how ironic. The Razorbacks are giving up 8 points underdogs. And the comments about everyone being poor in Arkansas...Kansas Walmart employees make .20 cents less per hour than employees at Arkansas Walmart employees. Oh, another fact. In ESPN's college bowl pick'em 82%..........82% of voters have picked the Razorbacks over Kansas St. You better be glad there are 61 Walmarts in Kansas...you can get your crying towels cheap there.

Wow you are bragging about Wal-Mart. That's like Kansans bragging about Topeka or Missourians bragging about William Quantrill or Rhode Islanders bragging about Peter Griffin or Germany bragging about David Hasselhoff.

What a schmuck.  :gocho:

Or Kansans bragging about the Koch brothers.

What an idiot

This fool Wichitahawg. I have not even mentioned the Koch Brothers, so keep my name out your mouth asshat. I don't care about what corporate giants Kansas has in it. I said that Wal-Mart is nothing to be bragged about. It is a bully corporation that puts its foot on the throat of competition, especially small town "mom and pop" shops. It employs people who have rough lives and keeps its thumb down on them. Sam Walton's sons have destroyed any goodness their father put into his company.

And besides you live in Kansas (I'm assuming that Wichita from your name comes from Wichita, KS). Is your head so far up your ass that you have to root for Arkansas? At least have the decency to stay in-state. Or did Turner Gill destroy your love of the Jayhawks.

ArthurDent42. In a turn of civility, are you in Arkansas? If so why do you have what appears to be a PowerCat as your avatar pic?
I wish it could just stay slightly civil jokes. Yes, I'm in Arkansas. I didn't think I have an avatar lol. I don't see one. :ohno:

Yeah, I made a mistake. I was hoping nobody saw it. :bang:

The Lynchings data is outdated. It is collected from 1882 to 1968. Says so at the bottom. The poster who got all philosophical about posting stats hit it on the head. Statistics and data can say whatever you make them say or can be totally misrepresented like in this instance. Yeah Arkansas lynched a lot of my brethren in the nearly 100 year window after the Civil War and Reconstruction era. They were in the South. It was as common as going fishing in the South. So claiming that Arkansans still lynch is probably a bit far-fetched.

oh...and to the poster who put that the Coasts make the same jokes about KANSAS as they do about ARKANSAS...I have never heard 1/1,000,000th of the redneck/racist/backasswards references about Kansas as I have about Arkansas. Dream on buddy. There is a reason why your state has it's reputation. So quit kissin' your cousin and just own it.
Same guy buddy, and you probably didn't hear any of the jokes because you're in Kansas.
EDIT: Example. We don't tend to go around making jokes about our own state. That's what Mississippi is for.
:bait: :ksu: :gocho:

That's true. Mississippi does make you look and smell all Pine Sol fresh when you hold your states up next to each other.  :bwpopcorn:

You all do realize that every single redneck joke that your making is about a state that you damn near border? And the same jokes are made about your state by people on the coasts?
It's funny how you Kansans think its some sort of joke to have one of the largest corporations in the world headquartered in one's state, but then again you all would have any experience with that would you?
Our state is so beautiful its got diamonds coming out of the ground, your state is...flat.

We will have the Koch brothers buy your shitty state and sell it to Cuba.
I'm sorry Dorothy, but Koch Industries makes about 1/4th of the revenue of Walmart alone and only employs 3% of the Walmart workforce.

#2 in Lynchings!!!!!   http://www.statemaster.com/graph/cri_lyn_tot_percap-crime-lynchings-total-per-capita
Oh so it's a convenient statistic game is it?  What, is it all of the pitchforks you all have or something?

Essentially Flyertalk / Definition of BBSing...
« on: December 08, 2011, 01:24:48 PM »
So I'm a noob, and was just wondering what the definition of BBSing is or technically, what the acronym stands for.

I was told that I am opening up myself to ridicule, but so be it.

MY guess is that it means Board Bull Shittin'.

And bravo everybody on making the news in Arkansas.

Tim Tebow will NEVER be successful as a NFL Quarterback. Did you people see his throws...they were all to the sidelines...and did you see how the very talented Brandon Lloyd was screwed with him in as QB.

Denver fans and the Denver staff will rue the day that Tebow stepped foot in the Mile High Stadium.

:bang: :bang: :bang:

Tebow is an odd character. He probably believes a rib woman took advice from a snake about eating some fruit and that's the origin of sin around 6000 years ago, right after the Earth was created by an invisible, inperceivable, all powerful, all knowing being that has the power to do such things but has to take your money because for some reason he can't handle that too well. Love that Tebow guy.

You're a dumbass.

 :lynchmob:

I say you play good D any way you can. I think D is an integral part of the game. I myself am not a strong offensive player, so I will D up like I am trying out for the NBA. Sometimes my defensive efforts make up for the fact that most of my shots are airballs.

Besides it was just a pickup game. Who gets mad at pickup games? What's the big deal?
